Apply Today!</p> <p>Job Summary and Qualifications</p> <p>The Financial Analyst II supports the assigned Sourcing teams in all financial aspects of sourcing events. Works both independently and collaboratively to provide various financial and savings/opportunity analyses. This includes data cleansing, analyzing spend data and vendor proposals, creating complex financial analyses, and summarizing and effectively communicating the financial results of the analyses.</p> <p>What you will do in this role:</p> <ul> <li>Preparation of Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposal (RFP) documents </li><li>Data cleansing of purchase histories obtained through RFI and internal data sources </li><li>Accurate and timely financial analysis of vendor pricing proposals </li><li>Effective communication of analysis results to the Sourcing team </li><li>Supports the Sourcing team throughout vendor negotiations </li><li>Ongoing finance assistance as it relates to the management of agreements </li><li>Ensures accuracy and completeness of detailed pricing files for sourcing projects </li><li>Composes financial memos summarizing the financial value of each project </li><li>Creates financial impact workbooks for members </li><li>Evaluates price and product amendments to purchasing agreements </li><li>Learns, understands, and adheres to the financial analytical standard methodology and processes </li><li>Develops new methodologies for performing financial and opportunity analysis of proposals when necessary </li><li>Provides recommendations to improve processes when necessary </li><li>Helps test tools for automation when necessary </li><li>Completes ad hoc requests from management </li><li>Ability to work independently and successfully in a dynamic, ambiguous environment </li><li>Meets deadlines while managing the financial analysis for multiple projects </li><li>Interacts daily with both internal and external individuals </li><li>Accepts feedback well and works to improve performance when needed </li><li>Performs other duties as assigned. </li><li>Practices and adheres to the "Code of Conduct" and "Mission and Value Statement." </li></ul> <p>What qualifications you will need:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or relevant field, required </li><li>3-5+ years of relevant experience, preferred </li><li>Strong Experience in MS Excel, required </li></ul> <p>In todays challenging business environment of cost pressures, supply disruptions, and workforce shortages, it is crucial for providers to efficiently manage expenses and enhance performance.
