<p>POSITION SUMMARY</p> <p>IT Business Analyst I</p> <p>The IT Business Analyst I works in partnership with City employees across departments, divisions and workgroups, as well as external entities, to deliver strategic business objectives to achieve improved efficiency and productivity. Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. </li><li>Oversee vendors as needed to provide guidance and ensure that project team members are meeting their objectives and deadlines. </li></ul> <p>Stakeholder Communication and Relationship Management (15%)</p> <ul> <li>Act as a liaison between the business analyst team and other departments, vendors, and stakeholders. Ensure clear and effective communication to align project goals and expectations. </li><li>Work with stakeholders to gather requirements for issues and procedures to fashion solutions. </li></ul> <p>Technical Support and Training (50%)</p> <ul> <li>Provide technical support and guidance to the team and other departments.
