As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in our residential program, you'll help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where adults can grow, thrive, and achieve greater independence. Your Impact</p> <ul> <li>Support adults with daily routines including hygiene, meals, dressing, and medication. </li><li>Create a positive, structured environment that encourages communication, socialization, and skill-building. </li><li>Use behavior support strategies to promote emotional regulation and reduce challenging behavior. </li><li>Partner with clinical, familial, and healthcare teams to support individualized treatment plans. </li><li>Provide transportation and community integration support for outings, appointments, and program transitions. What You Bring </li><li>High School Diploma or GED. </li><li>Valid U.S. driver's license with at least 1 year of licensed driving experience required. </li><li>Patience, compassion, and the ability to support adults with diverse communication and behavioral needs. </li><li>Experience with adults or individuals with special needs (preferred but not required).
