<p>Linde Advanced Material Technologies Inc.</p> <p>Night Shift Supervisor - Atomization</p> <p>Indianapolis, IN, United States | req27923 required to work night shift with flexibility between the hours of 06:00pm - 06:00am</p> <p>What you will enjoy doing*</p> <ul> <li>In this role you will organize, lead, and facilitate efforts on night shift to ensure objectives and goals are met within the Advanced Materials business </li><li>You will monitor and adjust operational functions to ensure commitments are met by anticipating production (and non-production) problems, developing contingency actions, and resolving critical issues </li><li>Further, you will develop, manage, and continuously track annual and periodic production budgets and adjust as necessary </li><li>Additionally, you will assume the ultimate responsibility of employee safety, product quality, manufacturing schedule and on-time delivery metrics for the production and quality team on night shift </li><li>You will have the opportunity to contribute to short and long-term organizational planning and strategy as a member of the management team </li><li>You will work to maintain solid communication between a cross-functional team to ensure production related issues are promptly addressed and appropriate corrective actions implemented </li></ul> <p>What makes you great</p> <ul> <li>Minimum BS/BA with more than four (4+) years of experience OR MS/MA/MBA with more than two (2+) years of experience or more than seven (7+) years of related operational and/or supervisory related experience with broad knowledge of principles and practices within operations </li><li>It is preferred that you will have three to five (3-5) years of direct experience with powder manufacturing and production </li><li>It is preferred that you have experience with material testing and analysis to ensure seamless testing of products throughout the off-shift hours </li><li>You should be able to demonstrate strong decision-making and business judgement skills </li><li>Further, you are self -directed and can organize and prioritize tasks to meet business objectives </li><li>You will have the ability to work all shifts and weekends as necessary to support production </li></ul> <p>Why you will love working with us</p> <p>Linde Advanced Material Technologies, formerly Praxair Surface Technologies, is a company that revolutionizes industries through innovative materials and surface coatings.
