As part of a fast-growing cybersecurity company, you will learn and apply cutting-edge cyber skills alongside industry experts and manage regional customer relationships. You will collaborate with an amazing team that partners with customers to enhance their cybersecurity posture and resilience. Pentera's Cyber Field Engineers are experts in our products and a crucial point of contact between our customers and internal departments.</p> <p>Roles and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Demonstrate a deep understanding and professional knowledge of the Pentera platform across our customers' networks </li><li>Lead technical deep-dive sessions with cybersecurity experts, guide them through better procedures and remediation decisions </li><li>Be involved in business functions of the company by maintaining customer loyalty, act as a product expert focused on customer enablement, and identify service expansion opportunities to drive increased revenue </li><li>Flexibility to accept a changing role description based on a fast paced start-up </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Experience in troubleshooting, monitoring, and managing TCP/IP networks </li><li>Strong knowledge in network security </li><li>2+ years of experience in hands-on cyber security roles </li><li>2+ years of working with Linux (Ubuntu preferred) </li><li>2+ years of customer facing experience </li><li>Strong technical, business, and consultative communication skills </li><li>Technical problem solving both individually and collaboratively </li><li>Valid driver's license and passport </li><li>Periodic travel, domestic or international, based on customer and business needs </li></ul> <p>Preferred skills:</p> <ul> <li>Speak Spanish at a professional level </li><li>Experience in product support </li><li>Background in offensive security </li><li>Penetration testing certifications (advantage) </li></ul> <p>We are an equal opportunity employer and we are committed to building a diverse and talented workforce.
