<p>Job Summary:</p> <p>We're hiring motivated Customer Service & Collections Representatives to support a major credit card portfolio. In this role, you'll help customers navigate account questions while working collaboratively to resolve past-due balances - all while delivering an exceptional customer experience.</p> <p>Pay rate: $21 per hour</p> <p>Start Date: April 6, 2026</p> <p>Work Setting: Onsite at our Charlotte Call Center</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Connect with customers via inbound and outbound calls </li><li>Resolve account inquiries and explain payment options </li><li>Negotiate payment arrangements and secure commitments </li><li>Carefully review account details to ensure accuracy </li><li>Document conversations clearly and thoroughly </li><li>Meet performance goals in quality, compliance, and recovery </li></ul> <p>What Makes You a Great Fit:</p> <p>1+ year of customer service, collections, or call center experience</p> <p>Strong attention to detail - you don't miss the small stuff</p> <p>Confident negotiation skills with a solutions-focused mindset</p> <p>Genuine empathy and professionalism in sensitive conversations</p> <ul> <li>Ability to stay calm, positive, and goal-driven, flexibility to work any shift, including nights and especially weekends. </li></ul> <p>Education Requirements:</p> <p>High school diploma, G.E.D., Trade/Vocational School certificate or equivalent required.</p> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <p>Occasionally exert up to 10 lbs. of force to push, pull, lift or otherwise move objects. Have visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data; and/or viewing a computer terminal.
