<p>CTG's long-standing Fortune 500 client of over 15 years has a W2 contract assignment for a Supply Chain Coordinator. Type: Contract Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator Location: Hickory, NC Candidates must be able to commute and work onsite in Hickory, NC Pay Rate: $20 -23/hr Based on experience Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM Education: High School Diploma (minimum requirement) Description Support Supply Chain operations including Planning/Scheduling, Procurement, Packaging/Warehousing, and Materials Control Optimize use of equipment, materials, and manpower to deliver high-quality customer service Participate in cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing efficiency, supply chain operations, and customer service Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Analyze manufacturing and Supply Chain operations using system tools and business knowledge Lead and scope improvement projects and develop reports for continuous improvement Support system implementation initiatives within the Supply Chain department Improve shipping, receiving, warehouse storage, and packaging processes Create, modify, and support business reports and queries for Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and other departments Ensure a safe working environment and report any unsafe conditions Benchmark and analyze processes to maximize functional efficiency Requirements: Required Qualifications Education: High School Diploma (required) Skills: Proven analytical and project management capabilities Strong written and verbal communication skills Effective decision-making and problem-solving abilities Ability to multitask and manage both projects and day-to-day responsibilities Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration across departments and levels Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Access Willingness to work 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM (hours may change based on business needs) Desired Skills: 2-5 years of supply chain experience; degree or APICS certification preferred Experience or certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or Performance Excellence; Green Belt preferred Knowledge of Cable Products, Materials, and Manufacturing processes Familiarity with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) and ERP systems; SAP preferred Ability to work independently and within teams Adaptable and open to change Demonstrated initiative and commitment to performance excellence Soft Skills: Strong written and verbal communication across all organizational levels Excellent time management and organizational skills Leadership ability and initiative Ability to influence across a matrixed organization Additional Information: No third-party resumes will be accepted Drug testing and/or other employment-related checks may be conducted CTG will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in accordance with applicable laws All candidates must be able to work on a W2 tax basis (no C2C or third-party vendors) CTG is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer CTG is an E-Verify Company To be considered for this opportunity, please apply directly through our website or email your Word version resume and salary expectations to Emily.Drew@ctg.com.
