<p>Pay: $400 stipend</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>The Head Softball Coach will be responsible for leading and managing the softball program. The coach will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive softball program that includes recruiting, training, and coaching student-athletes. The coach will also be responsible for managing the budget, scheduling games and practices, and ensuring compliance with all NJCAA and institutional rules and regulations.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Recruit and retain talented student-athletes for the softball program </li><li>Develop and implement a comprehensive training program for student-athletes </li><li>Provide coaching and instruction to student-athletes during practices and games </li><li>Manage the budget for the softball program </li><li>Schedule games and practices </li><li>Ensure compliance with all NJCAA and institutional rules and regulations </li><li>Collaborate with other coaches and staff to promote the success of the athletic department </li><li>Provide mentorship and guidance to student-athletes </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in a related field </li><li>Prior coaching experience at the high school or collegiate level </li><li>Strong knowledge of softball rules and strategies </li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills </li><li>Ability to recruit and retain talented student-athletes </li><li>Ability to manage a budget and schedule </li><li>Commitment to compliance with NJCAA and institutional rules and regulations </li><li>Ability to work collaboratively with other coaches and staff </li></ul>
