<p>Job Title: Civil Project Engineer</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>We are seeking multiple Civil Engineers/Designers/Project Managers to join our team.We offer a hybrid work schedule, with three days in the office and two days working remotely.</p> <p>Sign on bonus available!!</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Perform design, engineering calculations, and prepare reports. </li><li>Conduct site visits and support permit applications. </li><li>Assist with construction and evaluate land use and zoning requirements. </li><li>Use AutoCAD and Civil 3D software for design work daily. </li><li>Support private sector projects, K-12 projects, municipal, or urban planning projects based on experience. </li><li>Focus on grading, drainage, sanitary/sewer, and utilities work for the Rochester Hills team. </li><li>Engage in mixed-use urban infill, sustainable design, and stormwater best management practices for the Detroit team. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. </li><li>EIT, PE, or ability to obtain one within the next 6 months. </li><li>4+ years of experience in Civil Site Development design. </li><li>Proficient in Civil 3D design skills. </li><li>Experience in designing grading, drainage, utilities, and sanitary/sewer systems. </li></ul> <p>Job Type & Location</p> <p>This is a Permanent position based out of Rochester Hills, MI.</p> <p>Pay and Benefits</p> <p>The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $130000.00/yr.</p> <p>Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
