With the largest and most influential tech ecosystem behind us, we play a pivotal role in helping clients accelerate their path to value.</p> <p>Supply Chain and Operations houses individuals who help clients develop strategies and operating models that integrate planning, procurement, product design, manufacturing, and fulfillment functions within an organization, as well as connect suppliers and customers across the extended supply chain.</p> <p>You are:</p> <p>A PMO Lead specialized in delivering o9 implementation covering different modules within o9. You will help contribute, develop and grow our SC&O Planning business for the o9 Solutions platform.</p> <p>The Work:</p> <p>At Accenture, Supply Chain and Operations Connected Solutions professionals develop and implement integrated supply and demand planning solutions that improve cost efficiency, increase business effectiveness, and create synergies and collaboration within an organization, as well as connect suppliers and customers across the extended supply chain. Supply Chain Planning leaders shape integrated planning and execution solutions that drive business growth while increasing supply chain resiliency.</p> <p>A professional at this position/level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of technology solutions</p> </li><li> <p>Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing contingency plans to maintain project and program momentum</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including client business and IT team, o9 product team, and other relevant business stakeholders, to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with overall business goals</p> </li><li> <p>Utilize advanced analytical reasoning to assess program performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven optimizations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness</p> </li><li> <p>Champion the adoption of agile methodologies and technical solutions, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team</p> </li><li> <p>Align on project deliverables and track deliverable completion and project status, ensuring alignment with performance objectives</p> </li><li> <p>Be a liaison between Client's Product Owner / Business Lead and Solution development team Solution Architects / Configuration leads to ensure solutioning in o9 is on track and any risks related to it are raised in appropriate forums and the mitigations are socialized with the team</p> </li><li> <p>Partner with Scrum Master, Product Owner and the team in defining Functional and Technical User Story allocation in sprints.</p> </li></ul> <p>Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0% to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.</p> <p>Qualification</p> <p>Here's What You Need:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Minimum of 4 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning Program Management</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum of 3 years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization</p> </li></ul> <p>Bonus Points If:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Experience in running projects involving multiple systems interacting with each other to deliver results to the stakeholder.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience in leading projects related to demand planning, Supply planning and IBP</p> </li><li> <p>Advanced expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to establish productive working relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams and clients</p> </li><li> <p>Proven track record of effectively managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environment</p> </li><li> <p>Evidence of leading o9 solutions implementation as an Functional lead, Technical lead, Solution Architect, Integration Architect</p> </li><li> <p>Advanced understanding of o9 functional solution and Reference data models</p> </li><li> <p>Deep understanding of typical Supply Chain Planning Data sets for Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Integrated Business Planning, Deployment Planning and Control Tower</p> </li><li> <p>Experience and background of Commercial Planning business process and capability</p> </li><li> <p>Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment</p> </li><li> <p>Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent leadership and management skills</p> </li></ul> <p>Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York or Washington as set forth below.
