With offices in Kansas City, Wichita, Orlando, Phoenix, and across Colorado, we're a trusted name in quality roofing-and we're just getting started.</p> <p>We're looking for a hunter, not a hand-shaker. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in commercial roofing sales, gets on roofs to take core samples and photos, and knows how to win trust with property managers, developers, and building owners.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Prospect and close new commercial roofing opportunities (re-roofs, repairs, maintenance) </li><li>Perform rooftop inspections, take core samples, document project conditions </li><li>Build and manage relationships with property managers, REITs, GCs, insurance agents, and developers </li><li>Create and present proposals, respond to RFPs, and manage negotiations </li><li>Manage accounts and ensure long-term client satisfaction </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For:</p> <ul> <li>3+ years of B2B sales experience in commercial roofing or a related construction field </li><li>Hands-on knowledge of roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, coatings, etc.) and jobsite documentation </li><li>Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets </li><li>Existing network in Denver's commercial property or construction sectors a plus </li><li>Self-motivated, professional, and highly driven </li></ul> <p>Why Farha Roofing:</p> <p>We're a growth-minded company built on integrity, quality, and relationships.
