<p>Job Description:</p> <p>As a Mid-level Designer, you will be involved in various aspects of the product design process, and have the chance to collaborate with different areas of our design studio. Your role will be to support other senior designers and creative leads with the design work by creating deliverables and assets, whilst being exposed to the latest ways of working within the industry.</p> <p>We work in cross-functional teams so you will need to demonstrate experience or an interest in visual, product and UX/UI design, along with the practical & technical knowledge to support ideas.</p> <p>You will have knowledge of multiple disciplines that are part of the digital products we create, therefore adaptable to the entire lifecycle of our projects.</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>A portfolio demonstrating form and function across a variety of products </li><li>Good understanding of design fundamentals (type, space, form) </li><li>A high level of competence within Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign </li><li>Excellent understanding of Figma and/or Sketch </li><li>General knowledge on how to create basic prototypes </li><li>Self-motivated, enthusiastic, with excellent time management </li><li>The ability to be able to communicate your ideas clearly </li><li>Take on constructive criticism and use this to enhance deliverables </li><li>A fast learner possessing a positive 'can do' attitude </li></ul> <p>Salary Range: $103,500-$136,000 a year</p> <p>#LI-KR2</p>
