This role focuses on providing a personalized, student-centered experience while guiding prospective students and their families through each stage of the admissions process while contributing to the University's overall enrollment goals.</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>Manage the recruitment of prospective transfer, international, and readmitted students for spring and fall semesters. </li><li>Develop and implement targeted strategies to support transfer student enrollment goals. </li><li>Participate in admissions events, including open houses and visit programs; occasional evening and weekend hours are required. </li><li>Partner with the Welcome Center to support campus visits and admissions events. </li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and their families to understand their goals, interests, and decision-making factors. </li><li>Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with students and families through phone, email, written correspondence, and virtual or in-person meetings. </li><li>Meet with prospective students and families during campus visits, offering supportive guidance and helping them envision their experience at Seton Hill. </li><li>Encourage and assist students throughout the enrollment process, from application completion through acceptance and deposit. </li><li>Provide clear, personalized guidance on the financial aid process, including FAFSA completion, scholarship opportunities, and interpretation of financial aid packages. </li><li>Review transcripts and evaluate transfer credits, demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail, and collaborating effectively with the Registrar's Office and academic departments to apply coursework toward degree requirements. </li><li>Support prospective first-year students as needed, providing guidance through the admissions and enrollment process. </li><li>Collaborate with campus partners to ensure a seamless, student-centered admissions experience. </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree required. </li><li>Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. </li><li>Highly motivated with a positive attitude and a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service in a student-centered environment. </li><li>Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to think critically and solve problems effectively. </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build connections with students and families in both individual and group settings. </li><li>Strong presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage high school students, athletic recruits, and families. </li><li>Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to support recruitment events and deadlines. </li><li>Willingness to travel frequently, both locally and out-of-state, to represent the University. </li></ul> <p>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li>Preferred experience in sales; prior admissions experience is a plus. </li><li>Familiarity with Slate CRM or similar enrollment systems is desirable. </li></ul> <p>APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS</p> <p>Required applicant materials include a letter of interest & resume.
