<p>ServiceNow Technical Architect / Business Analyst</p> <p>We are seeking a senior-level ServiceNow Technical Architect / Business Analyst for a staff</p> <p>augmentation role on our Digital Asset Inventory (DAI) Transformation Project. The primary</p> <p>objective of this critical, high-visibility initiative is to migrate the clients digital assets-including</p> <p>mobile applications, websites, domains, and social media accounts-from disparate systems</p> <p>into a centralized, auditable, and reliable system of record within the ServiceNow platform.</p> <p>This role is instrumental in ensuring the solution meets business requirements and is technically</p> <p>sound. The selected candidate will work under the direction of client's project management</p> <p>team.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <p>Solution Design:</p> <p>o Leading and participating in workshops to gather functional/technical</p> <p>requirements and define use cases.</p> <p>o Drafting comprehensive solution design documents, user stories, and process</p> <p>flows.</p> <p>o Designing the CMDB class structure and data models required to support the</p> <p>digital asset inventory.</p> <ul> <li>ServiceNow Configuration: </li></ul> <p>o Performing hands-on configuration of the ServiceNow platform to implement the</p> <p>designed solution.</p> <p>o Assisting in the development of automated intake, approval, and lifecycle</p> <p>workflows for digital assets.</p> <ul> <li>Testing and Validation: </li></ul> <p>o Developing test scripts for System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance</p> <p>Testing (UAT).</p> <p>o Coordinating UAT with business stakeholders and providing support during the</p> <p>testing phases.</p> <p>o Assisting with issue analysis and defect resolution.</p> <ul> <li>Documentation and Reporting: </li></ul> <p>o Creating and maintaining detailed solution documentation for all configurations</p> <p>and processes.</p> <p>o Providing status updates and inputs for project reporting as directed by client's</p> <p>project management.</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 6 years of experience </li><li>Bachelors Degree from an accredited school </li><li>Extensive experience as both a Business Analyst and Technical Architect on the </li></ul> <p>ServiceNow platform.</p> <ul> <li>Deep expertise in the ServiceNow CMDB, including class structure design, data </li></ul> <p>modeling, and reconciliation.</p> <ul> <li>Proven experience with IT Asset Management (ITAM) principles and processes. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to translate complex business needs into tangible technical </li></ul> <p>requirements and solution designs.</p> <ul> <li>Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead workshops and engage </li></ul> <p>with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</p> <ul> <li>Experience working in a staff augmentation capacity, taking direction from client </li></ul> <p>leadership.</p> <ul> <li>Experience with projects involving digital asset management (e.g., websites, </li></ul> <p>mobile apps, domains) is a plus</p> <ul> <li>Familiarity with agile and sprint-based development methodologies </li><li>Certified ServiceNow professional (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified </li></ul> <p>Implementation Specialist)</p> <p>KPMG LLP ("KPMG") seeks a contractor in the United States to provide service to KPMG through one of our contracted employer/agency service providers.
