You will lead exciting projects transitioning products from development to serial production, in an advanced technological environment with multiple interfaces. Come be a key partner in bridging the world of development and manufacturing</p> <p>In this role you will</p> <p>Manage NPI projects end-to-end, from Kick-off through PRR</p> <p>Lead Design to Manufacturing transfer processes</p> <p>Coordinate and manage cross-functional work with engineering, development, production, quality, procurement, logistics and suppliers</p> <p>Build work plans, schedules, budgets and manage risks</p> <p>Lead Build phases: Prototype, Pilot and LRIP</p> <p>Own quality, cost and schedule targets</p> <p>Manage failures, design changes (ECO/DCP) and improvement processes</p> <p>Support PRR, MRL and TRL readiness as needed</p> <p>Prepare and deliver status presentations to management and stakeholders</p> <p>Requirements</p> <p>B.Sc. in Engineering (Industrial Engineering & Management / Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics)</p> <p>3-7 years of experience in NPI / engineering / manufacturing project management</p> <p>Familiarity with manufacturing processes, supply chain and BOM - Advantage</p> <p>Experience in defense, medical or complex electronics industries - Advantage</p> <p>High-level English (speaking, reading and writing)</p> <p>Experience working in a multi-interface, matrix environment</p> <p>Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize and meet deadlines</p> <p>Only relevant applications will be answered</p> <p>#Karmiel</p>
