The Client Manager is a bridge between the client and their speaker bureau project needs. Client Managers bring expertise required to stand up and manage a speaker bureau. This position supervises and monitors the successful delivery of all programming communications, logistical deliverables, registration, on-site team coordination, vendor arrangements and transportation to ensure quality support, responsiveness, and competitiveness. He or she also defines project scope and objectives and develops detailed project budgets, work plans, schedules, and status reports. The Client Manager is responsible for ongoing budget management, including revenue recognition and client invoicing activities. This position conducts client status meetings, internal project meetings, and ensures adherence to quality standards. The Client Manager is in a position of leadership within the agency and must successfully partner with the Program Coordination and Compliance teams to manage projects within an account or spanning multiple accounts. The success of this position relies on the success of the team, meeting clients' expectations, partnering with cross-functional departments, and individual performance.
