The candidate should be able to operate independently as well as a member of a small team. This role will assist in performing a variety of daily tasks so that the team grows their business, runs smoothly, and meets service excellence standards. This role will report to the Regional Manager and handle details of a highly confidential and critical nature.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <p>Branch Coordinator Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Manage branch accounts payable and process invoices and payments </li><li>Registration and licensing of registered branch personnel and update Form U4s </li><li>Approve timecards and track employee time off for non-exempt staff </li><li>Order business cards and stationary </li><li>Building service requests </li><li>Office supply coordinator </li><li>Technology support: computers, printers, phones </li><li>Facilities management </li></ul> <p>HR Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Coordinate with HR and home office to process paperwork for recruits and new hires </li><li>Onboard new recruits </li><li>Ensure branch personnel records are accurate and current </li><li>Liaison with HR on compensation and benefits inquiries </li><li>Assist Branch Manager with personnel issues and concerns </li></ul> <p>Assistant to Branch Manager:</p> <ul> <li>Maintain Branch Performance Report </li><li>Process travel and expense reports for branch personnel </li><li>Track recruiting efforts and manage transition process for new recruits </li><li>Coordinate wholesaler and other branch meetings </li><li>Events planning as required </li></ul> <p>Qualifications/Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelors degree required </li><li>1-2 years financial services/fixed income experience would be highly beneficial </li><li>Possess a high degree of proficiency with MS Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint </li><li>Able to interface and articulate well with all levels of employees and clients in a highly professional and friendly manner </li><li>FINRA Registrations: SIE, Series 7 and Series 66 </li></ul>
