<p>Clinical Research Nurse</p> <p>Clinical Research Nurse Coordinator</p> <p>Work under limited supervision to plan, coordinate, evaluate, and perform nursing care for research participants</p> <p>Responsible for patient consenting and screening</p> <p>Collect data for assigned research projects, following study-specific protocol guidelines, and communicate with Principal Investigators (PI), Sub-Investigators (Sub-I), Clinical Research Lead, and clinical research support staff</p> <p>Deliver safe care and demonstrate regard for the dignity and respect of all participants</p> <p>Maintain clinical competencies including physical assessment, phlebotomy, EKG, and IV insertion</p> <p>Practice the principles of Universal Precautions and adhere to HIPAA regulations</p> <p>Maintain a clean and prepared clinical space, performing set-up and turnover procedures in all clinical areas as per SOPs</p> <p>Participate in internal and/or external training programs to maintain licensure</p> <p>Utilize positive interpersonal communication skills, effectively communicating with healthcare team members, patients, investigators, sponsors of research, and administration</p> <p>Review all elements of the current institutional IRB-approved informed consent document with study candidates and/or their legal representatives, ensuring patient advocacy and informed consent as an ongoing process</p> <p>Manage multiple clinical trial protocols, coordinate their execution and follow-up, and ensure accurate, legible, and timely documentation</p> <p>Manage records, study medication, and test articles in a confidential and secure manner</p> <p>Promote PI oversight by advising the PI, sub-investigator(s), Supervisor, and/or Clinical Operations Manager of deviations in conduct, patient status, and issues relevant to the integrity of the trial and/or safety of research subjects</p> <p>Coordinate the work of support staff, laboratory technicians, and assistants to ensure efficient, timely, and high-quality results and adherence to research protocols</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>MUST HAVE 3 years as a Clinical Research Nurse Coordinator</p> <p>Associate degree in Nursing</p> <p>Active State of Florida Registered Nurse license</p> <p>BLS certification</p> <p>Ability to perform clinical tasks, including assisting physicians and CRNs with minor procedures and other study requirements within the scope of practice</p> <p>Ability to acclimate and integrate into various clinical settings as needed per protocol</p> <p>Demonstrated skills in clinical competencies including physical assessment, phlebotomy, IV insertion, and administration of investigational drugs</p> <p>Shift</p> <p>Monday-Friday 6:45 am - 3:15 pm</p> <p>Pay and Benefits</p> <p>The pay range for this position is $83200.00 - $98000.00/yr.</p> <p>Benefits from Day One</p> <p>Paid Days Off from Day One</p> <p>Career Development</p> <p>Whole Person Wellbeing Resources</p> <p>Mental Health Resources and Support</p> <p>Pet Insurance*</p> <p>Debt-free Education* (Certifications and Degrees without out-of-pocket tuition expense</p> <p>Workplace Type</p> <p>This is a fully onsite position in Orlando,FL.</p> <p>Application Deadline</p> <p>This position is anticipated to close on Jun 27, 2025.</p> <p>About Actalent</p> <p>Actalent is a global leader in engineering and sciences services and talent solutions.
