Our gorgeous Spa at Zermatt, which is located in beautiful Midway, Utah offers 12 treatment rooms, a co-ed steam room and sauna, an elegant Spa relaxation room, as well as a connected Wellness Center and indoor/outdoor pool. At Zermatt Utah, we also offer an excellent work environment for team members and recognize those staff members who work hard & excel.</p> <p>We are seeking a professional, experienced Lead to fill a position in our Spa. The Lead Therapist/ Esthetician will be responsible for providing guests with a calm, relaxing, therapeutic atmosphere, as well as various professional treatments in their area of specialty. Our Lead Therapists also train newly hired massage therapists and/ or Estheticians and participates in the interview and recruitment process. In addition, the Leads may also assist with administrative duties at the Spa Front Desk, as well as in assisting the Spa Director in developing and implementing Spa SOPs and other protocol.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Requirements for this position include:</p> <ul> <li>Excellent guest service & verbal/written communication skills </li><li>Flexible schedule, the ability and willingness to work evenings, weekends & holidays. </li><li>Must hold a current, valid Utah licenses in their area of specialty. </li><li>A minimum of 1 year of working experience in their field of experience </li><li>prior Supervisory experience is strongly preferred but not required. </li><li>Must demonstrate strong leadership and mentoring skills, as this position is responsible for providing excellent on the job training and mentoring to those new to the industry. </li></ul>
