<p>Job Description:</p> <p>The successful candidate will:</p> <ul> <li>Promote 21st century educational excellence through the vigorous support of the mission and goals of The Woodstock Academy; and </li><li>Facilitate individual, departmental and school excellence through the support of high-quality personnel, reinforcement of best instructional practices, encouragement of a culture of collaboration and a focus on learning. </li></ul> <p>Minimum qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree, BOC certification, and CT licensed OR eligible; </li><li>Master's Degree preferred; </li><li>3-5 years' experience in secondary schools preferred; </li><li>Maintain current certification in Healthcare Provider BLS; </li><li>Experience actively coordinating care between interdisciplinary healthcare providers; </li><li>Experience with Impact/Sway testing, sideline concussion testing, concussion management and education; </li><li>Experience using SportsWare or other injury tracking software </li><li>Practice parameters set forth by The National Athletic Trainers Association (NATA) and will follow both the Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics as set forth by the NATA; </li><li>Demonstrated excellence in human relations and organization skills; </li><li>Strong work ethic and a flexible schedule; </li><li>Positive attitude, integrity, and collaboration skills; and </li><li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills </li></ul> <p>Closing date: Until the position is filled</p> <p>EOE</p> <p>To apply: https://woodstock.schoolspring.com?jobid=5555138</p>
