For more than 30 years, MetroPlusHealth has been committed to building strong relationships with its members and providers.</p> <p>Position Overview</p> <p>The Pharmacy will support the Pharmacy Team in enhancing Medicare Star Ratings through member, pharmacy and provider outreach to coordinate care and address and health benefit inquiries.</p> <p>Duties & Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Member, pharmacy and provider outreach calls related to medication adherence and assist with bridging gaps resulting in medication access concerns </li><li>Contact pharmacies to disseminate information to correct billing errors </li><li>Work collaboratively with various departments to address any member, provider or pharmacy concerns </li><li>Provide high-level, member-focused customer service </li><li>Assist in other duties to support departmental objectives </li></ul> <p>Work Shifts</p> <p>9:00 AM- 5:00 PM</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Enrolled in a graduate program such as MPH, MHA, MBA, MS in Health Informatics, PharmD, or a related healthcare field, required </li><li>Strong academic standing with coursework related to public health, healthcare management, pharmacy, data analytics, or clinical operations, preferred </li><li>Previous internship, volunteer experience, or project work in a healthcare or research setting, preferred </li><li>Previous customer facing experience, preferred </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with patients, clinicians, and internal teams. </li><li>Comfortable conducting phone outreach, data collection, and engagement activities as part of program work. </li><li>Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint, preferred </li><li>Position requires excellent organizational, teamwork, interpersonal, time management, written and verbal communication skills </li></ul> <p>Professional Competencies:</p> <ul> <li>Integrity and Trust </li><li>Customer Focus </li><li>Functional/Technical skills </li><li>Written/Oral Communication </li></ul> <p>#LI-Hybrid #MPH50</p>
