<p>Job Description</p> <p>You'll lead complex detailing efforts, oversee and check the work of others, and collaborate closely with project management and shop teams to ensure high-quality, efficient fabrication.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Produce detailed shop drawings for structural steel, miscellaneous metals, and plate weldments. </li><li>Interpret complex construction documents and perform field verification and reverse engineering as needed. </li><li>Develop submittals, respond to RFIs, and incorporate review comments into fabrication drawings. </li><li>Coordinate detailing, documentation, and submittals throughout project lifecycles. </li><li>Work closely with project managers and shop foremen to optimize shop and field productivity. </li><li>Oversee, coordinate, and review work from internal team members and third-party detailers. </li><li>Manage multiple deadlines with strong attention to detail and minimal supervision. </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Technical certificate or 4-year degree in a related field preferred. </li><li>8-10 years of experience in structural and miscellaneous metals detailing. </li><li>Extensive knowledge of AISC standards, industrial codes, and symbols. </li><li>Experience working in 3D detailing environments and related software. </li></ul> <p>Job Type & Location</p> <p>This is a Contract to Hire position based out of York, PA.</p> <p>Pay and Benefits</p> <p>The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $40.00/hr.</p> <p>Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
