<p>As a Risk Solutions Operations & Business Analyst Intern, you will support strategic initiatives and operational improvements within our insurance business. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights that help drive business decisions.</p> <p>IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:</p> <ul> <li>Analyze insurance data (claims, policies, customer feedback) to identify patterns and opportunities. </li><li>Support the development of dashboards and reports using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau. </li><li>Participate in process improvement initiatives by mapping workflows and identifying inefficiencies. </li><li>Develop account loss trend analysis. </li><li>Ability to analyze and problem-solve. </li><li>Assist with the research and development of draft Risk Solutions support resources and reports. </li><li>Assisting Operations team with assigned projects </li><li>Complete Capstone project and presentation to senior management on a relevant Risk Solutions topic. </li><li>Create and present a final presentation for management and leadership at the close of the internship program highlighting the work you accomplished throughout the internship. </li></ul> <p>WHAT YOU NEED TO APPLY:</p> <ul> <li>Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or advanced degree program </li><li>Preferred Degrees: Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems or related fields </li><li>Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred </li><li>Ability to commit to a full time 10-week internship program </li><li>Ability to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future </li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with SQL, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus </li><li>Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills </li></ul>
