<p>Description</p> <p>Residences at Riverdale Apartments is looking to hire a Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for ensuring the property, grounds, and equipment are safe, orderly, and visibly appealing.</p> <p>Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner </li><li>Resolve maintenance issues in the area of A/C, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair </li><li>Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements </li><li>Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas </li><li>Provide residents with outstanding customer service </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or related Vocational Training and/or equivalent work experience </li><li>1-year experience in similar field required </li><li>HVAC knowledge and EPA certification preferred </li><li>Must have electrical, plumbing, appliances knowledge </li><li>Must be energetic and self-motivated. </li></ul> <p>Our Perks & Benefits:</p> <p>Taking care of our clients and residents starts with taking care of our team.
