We are an independently owned and operated luxury day spa located in Sandy, Utah.</p> <p>Compensation</p> <p>Earn $56-$63 per 60-minute massage including typical gratuity.</p> <ul> <li>Base pay: $28-$35 per 60-minute service (based on experience) </li><li>Typical gratuity on a 60-minute service: approximately $28 </li><li>Boost enhancements pay an additional $2.50 or $5 per service </li><li>Additional earnings from advanced modalities, retail, and membership participation </li></ul> <p>Typical 5-hour shift (4-5 services):</p> <p>$224-$315 per shift before boosts</p> <p>Many evening and weekend therapists are 80-90% booked, creating strong and predictable income.</p> <p>Current Shift Openings</p> <p>Monday</p> <p>2:00 PM - 8:00 PM (1-2 openings)</p> <p>Wednesday</p> <p>2:00 PM - 8:00 PM (1 opening)</p> <p>Thursday</p> <p>2:00 PM - 8:00 PM (1 opening)</p> <p>Friday</p> <p>2:00 PM - 8:00 PM (2 openings)</p> <p>Saturday</p> <p>1:00 PM - 6:00 PM (1-2 openings)</p> <p>Evening and weekend availability required.</p> <p>About Spavia</p> <p>Spavia provides a professional, supportive environment with a focus on work/life balance where both guests and team members can relax, recharge, and thrive.</p> <p>We offer a full variety of massage services including signature, deep tissue, sports, hot stone, and prenatal massage, along with enhancements such as CBD and percussion therapy.
