<p>JOB SUMMARY</p> <p>Monday-Friday 8am-5pm</p> <p>The Director of New Supplier Development is responsible for identifying, negotiating, and executing new direct line agreements with manufacturers to strengthen Radwell's vertical supply chain. This role focuses on expanding Radwell's direct supplier base, improving pricing and product availability, and establishing long-term strategic partnerships that align with corporate growth and profitability objectives. The Director works closely with internal stakeholders including Legal, Purchasing, Sales, Marketing, and IT to ensure seamless onboarding, integration, and launch of new direct lines.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Lead the identification, qualification, and negotiation of new direct manufacturer partnerships. </li><li>Develop and manage relationships with OEMs and key distribution partners to secure favorable pricing, terms, and strategic alignment. </li><li>Collaborate with Legal to review and finalize distribution agreements, NDAs, and related contracts. </li><li>Oversee the onboarding process for new suppliers, coordinating with IT, Pricing, and Command Center teams to ensure clean integration into Radwell systems (price files, product data, and imagery). </li><li>Partner with Sales and Marketing to develop and execute launch plans for new direct lines, including internal communication, product training, and promotional support. </li><li>Work closely with the Direct Line Account Manager to transition signed lines into active account management and business development. </li><li>Monitor supplier performance post-launch and identify opportunities for deeper engagement or expanded product coverage. </li></ul> <p>Maintain visibility on competitive market activity to identify supplier gaps and emerging opportunities.</p> <p>Support the VP, Global Supplier Management, in building a long-term supplier development strategy and global alignment with EU and Canadian teams.</p> <p>Maybe modified from time to time. Other duties, tasks and work may be assigned.</p> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>Proven ability to negotiate high-value supplier partnerships and contracts. </li><li>Exceptional relationship management and communication skills. </li><li>Strategic thinker with strong commercial and analytical acumen. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent negotiations and deliver measurable results. </li></ul> <p>KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED</p> <ul> <li>Strong Computer proficiency </li><li>Being able to multi-task </li><li>Ability to work at fast pace </li><li>Attention to detail </li><li>Problem-solving abilities </li><li>Good communication skills </li></ul> <p>EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred. </li><li>5-10 years of relevant experience in supplier development, procurement, or business development. </li><li>Experience negotiating agreements preferred. </li><li>Technical or Industrial product knowledge preferred </li></ul> <p>SALARY INFORMATION:</p> <p>The recruiting base salary range for this full-time position is $100,000.00-$135,000.00 / year. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Additionally, this role is bonus-eligible, with a target bonus percentage that provides an opportunity to earn even more based on company performance.</p> <p>Benefits:</p> <p>Radwell offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision coverage, for which employees contribute toward the premiums. The Company provides fully paid short- and long-term disability benefits, as well as $50,000 in Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment insurance. These benefits, along with additional voluntary benefits offered through Unum, are available to all regular full-time employees beginning on their first day of employment. All employees are automatically enrolled at 3% into the Company's 401(k) Plan on the first of the month following 90 days of continuous employment. Employees are eligible for 15 days of PTO annually, which begin accruing on the start date and may be used immediately. Radwell recognizes six Company-paid holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.</p> <p>Required Skills</p>
