<p>Up to $1,500 Sign-On bonus based on experience</p> <p>SUMMARY</p> <p>The PCT I assists with activities of daily living, provides basic nursing care to the patients and assists in maintenance of a safe and clean environment under the direction and supervision of the registered nurse in charge of the team and/or unit.</p> <p>Minimum Education</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required. </li><li>Nursing Assistant Certification or a minimum 1 year of experience performing nursing assistant duties in acute care nursing/hospital setting. </li></ul> <p>Required Licenses/Certifications</p> <ul> <li>Current Nursing Assistant Certification is preferred but not required. </li><li>Current BLS for health care providers from the American Heart Association (AHA) </li><li>Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) Certification w/ 90 Days of hire </li></ul> <p>Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities</p> <ul> <li>Demonstrated proficiency in acute care nursing, knowledge and skills </li><li>Ability to use computer driven patient care equipment. </li></ul> <p>#LI-JP2</p> <p>Tenet complies with federal, state, and/or local laws regarding mandatory vaccination of its workforce.
