<p>Job Description</p> <p>QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li>Must have extensive WMS knowledge for research and data entry. </li><li>Need In-depth understanding of all DC departments. </li><li>Must be able to perform successfully under minimum supervision. </li><li>Must be adaptable and able to help in other department functions. </li><li>Must be able to coordinate work between multiple teams and work together to solve problems. </li><li>Must be able to follow detailed instructions. </li><li>Must be able to run required queries and reports include email usage. </li></ul> <p>REQUIREMENTS:</p> <ol> <li> <p>Must be able to follow detailed instructions.</p> </li><li> <p>Must possess basic math skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to clearly communicate with both internal and external customers based on needs.</p> </li><li> <p>Must be detail oriented and accurate entering data into file maintenance.</p> </li><li> <p>Must be able to work with others not only within department, but all other departments.</p> </li><li> <p>Has a propensity for accuracy.</p> </li><li> <p>Follow up on all issues/concerns in a timely manner.</p> </li><li> <p>Must be equipment trained or willing to train on RR and SP</p> </li><li> <p>Has an ownership attitude and demonstrates a passion for the customer.</p> </li></ol> <ul> <li>Team Members must have been with the company six (6) months, or have been in their present position for six (6) months in order to be eligible to post for a job. </li><li>A Team Member must have no disciplinary counseling in the previous six months (1st or 2nd Level) and no Final written warnings within the last 12 months. </li></ul> <p>PRIMARY PURPOSE:</p> <ul> <li>Provide support with the best possible quality in all hard parts, accessories, and chemicals. </li><li>Give the stores the very best support information to satisfy their needs. </li><li>Investigate, communicate, and follow up on all quality issues throughout the DC. </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements</p> <p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a team member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
