LSI's management team is focused on continued profitable growth.</p> <p>We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to support our team at our corporate location in Cincinnati, Ohio</p> <p>Summary</p> <p>Receives written work orders or verbal instructions from supervisors. Will work directly and/or indirectly with shift maintenance personnel. Performs general machine, electrical and building preventative maintenance.</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.</p> <ul> <li>Performs major and minor electrical repairs and installation. </li><li>Minor building repairs. </li><li>Paints interior and exterior walls and trim. </li><li>Troubleshooting and repair of various equipment mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical. </li><li>Performs preventative maintenance work orders including burner cleaning and shot blast upkeep. </li><li>Air tool repair </li><li>Performs minor repairs. </li><li>Minor HVAC repairs and maintenance including filter replacement. </li><li>Snow removal for parking lots and sidewalks </li><li>Replace worn or damaged parts such as hoses, wiring, and belts. </li><li>Covers for 2nd and 3rd shift maintenance personnel when necessary. </li></ul> <p>Competencies</p> <ul> <li>Qualified Electrician </li></ul> <p>Education and/or Experience</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. </li></ul> <p>Language Skills</p> <p>Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.</p> <p>Mathematical Skills</p> <p>Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.</p> <p>Reasoning Ability</p> <p>Ability to apply common sense understanding to conduct detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
