<p>Job Description:</p> <p>Vacancy #: WF240359</p> <p>Apply by: June 14, 2025</p> <p>Title: Facility Operations Assistant 1</p> <p>Location: Mail Services</p> <p>Salary: $36,232</p> <p>Grade: CSEA SG-6</p> <p>Hours: 7:00AM-3:00PM, Monday - Friday</p> <p>Requirements:</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <p>Applicants must be physically able to perform the tasks of the position and be able to understand and carry out written or oral instructions.</p> <p>This position may be filled from a mandatory reemployment list if one is in effect at the time of appointment.</p> <p>Valid New York State driver's license required.</p> <p>Operating Needs:</p> <ul> <li>Primary responsibility is to sort, pick up, and deliver mail. </li><li>Valid NYS driver's license required for delivering mail to residential areas and departments. </li><li>Assist motor vehicle operators in picking up and delivering items. </li><li>Moderate to heavy physical labor (lifting approximately 25 lbs). </li></ul> <p>Additional Information:</p> <p>The Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act, or Clery Act, mandates that all Title IV institutions, without exception, prepare, publish and distribute an Annual Security Report.
