<p>Job#: 3035099</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <p>Senior Product Manager - Payments & Loyalty Platform</p> <p>Overview</p> <p>We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to support the evolution of a large-scale customer engagement and payments ecosystem. This role will focus on integrating credit card and loyalty capabilities into a unified points-based platform, bringing previously siloed experiences into a single, seamless system.</p> <p>This is an execution-focused role ideal for a high-performing product manager who thrives in complex, data-driven environments and can translate established strategy into scalable product delivery.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p>Drive end-to-end execution of product initiatives supporting the integration of credit card and loyalty systems into a unified platform</p> <p>Partner with engineering, data, and business stakeholders to deliver against an established product strategy (execution-focused vs. strategy ownership)</p> <p>Translate business requirements into detailed product deliverables and ensure alignment across teams</p> <p>Operate within a platform-oriented product environment, supporting backend systems and integrations vs. pure front-end experiences</p> <p>Leverage data to inform decision-making across transactions, rewards, and customer engagement flows</p> <p>Support enhancements to points, rewards, and payment-related systems</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>4-8+ years of product management experience within retail, ecommerce, or payments environments</p> <p>Experience launching or supporting credit card products preferred (more heavily weighted than loyalty-only experience)</p> <p>Exposure to loyalty programs / rewards ecosystems is a plus</p> <p>Strong data fluency, including comfort working with datasets and understanding how systems connect</p> <p>Experience in backend/platform-focused product roles (not solely customer-facing UX)</p> <p>Exposure to regulated environments (payments, financial services, banking) is a plus</p> <p>Preferred Skills</p> <p>Familiarity with SQL or working directly with data systems</p> <p>Strong execution mindset with ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams</p> <p>Experience working with banks, financial partners, or payment processors</p> <p>AI curiosity - openness to leveraging AI tools to improve product delivery (deep expertise not required)</p> <p>This employer is an equal opportunity employer.
