The Product and Compliance Analyst who will join our growing team at APCO works best as a member of a team and enjoys being innovative while working in a structured environment. This new, entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to explore a wide variety of career focuses in Product and Compliance areas, working alongside legal and strategic business units. In this role, you will support various initiatives to maintain our existing product lines and helping to ensure our products meet regulatory standards and client needs. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience, develop skills in product management, compliance and innovation, and be part of a dynamic team that influences key business decisions.</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</p> <p>Product Support:</p> <ul> <li>Assist in the development, enhancement, and lifecycle management of automotive F&I products. </li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product offerings meet customer needs and market trends. </li><li>Help gather and analyze feedback from internal teams, customers, and dealers to support product improvements. </li><li>Conduct product research and assist in product training initiatives. </li><li>Support the creation of product documentation, training materials, and presentations. </li></ul> <p>Compliance Support:</p> <ul> <li>Assist in ensuring that all products and processes comply with relevant federal, state, and local regulations. </li><li>Help maintain up-to-date knowledge of compliance requirements within the automotive F&I industry. </li><li>Aid in the preparation of regulatory filings and audits. </li><li>Support the Compliance team in conducting internal audits and reviews to ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations. </li><li>Assist in the development and maintenance of compliance training materials. </li></ul> <p>Licensing Support:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Ensure accurate and timely preparation, filing, and maintenance of all corporate licenses, certificates of authority, and other regulatory or corporate filings, including Form filings, Secretary of State filings, Provider Registrations, Renewals, and applications for licensure.</p> </li><li> <p>Track and update corporate/regulatory filing requirements, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and deadlines.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide periodic status reports to management, detailing the current status of corporate licenses and regulatory filings, and highlighting any potential issues or upcoming deadlines.</p> </li></ul> <p>Cross-Department Collaboration and Innovation:</p> <ul> <li>Act as a liaison between the Product and Compliance teams to streamline processes and ensure alignment between product development and compliance standards. </li><li>Collaborate with legal, finance, and customer service departments to ensure product offerings meet compliance expectations and customer satisfaction. </li><li>Participate in team meetings, providing insights and contributing to discussions on product enhancements, regulatory changes, and industry trends. </li><li>Work with cross-functional teams to accommodate resources, timelines, or strategies to maintain momentum and meet deadlines. </li><li>Assist in monitoring and evaluating the performance of existing products throughout their lifecycle to identify areas for optimization, retirement, or innovation. </li><li>Help complete competitive pricing and coverage comparisons. </li></ul> <p>Education and Experience</p> <p>Education: Bachelor's degree</p> <p>Experience: 0-2 years of professional experience. Relevant internships or coursework in product management, insurance, compliance, or the automotive industry is a plus</p> <p>Physical Demands</p> <p>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to type and look at a computer screen for long periods of the day.
