<p>OVERVIEW</p> <p>Alera Group is looking for a Account Assistant. With a network of offices nationwide, our commitment to collaboration allows us to offer national resources combined with local service.</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li> <p>Process service-related requests such as certificates, endorsements, cancellations, ID cards, policy binders, and support pre-renewal activities including ordering loss runs and gathering required documentation</p> </li><li> <p>Assist the Account Manager with policy checking, premium audits, premium finance arrangements, invoicing, check requests, and maintaining accurate documentation in Sagitta and ImageRight</p> </li><li> <p>Build strong relationships with carrier representatives, clients, and internal teams while completing required training and performing additional tasks as assigned</p> </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li> <p>Strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and experience with agency management systems (preferably AMS Sagitta)</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrated work ethic including timely follow-up, attention to detail, dependability, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively</p> </li><li> <p>Resident State Agent License (or ability to obtain within two exam attempts); college degree and 6+ months of industry experience preferred</p> </li></ul> <p>ADDITIONAL INFORMATION</p> <p>This job requires presence in the office on a hybrid schedule as agreed with the manager.</p> <p>Alera Group offers comprehensive benefits to our colleagues, including medical, dental, life and disability insurance, 401k, generous paid time off and much more.</p> <p>Hourly range is $20 to $25 per hour.</p> <p>We're an equal opportunity employer.
