You will have direct input to our mission to democratize data-driven medicine for the ultimate benefit of cancer and rare disease patients across the globe.</p> <p>Your Mission</p> <p>As a Senior Payroll and Benefits Specialist, you will be an integral part of the People Management team and provide guidance and support to employees across the full spectrum of the Human Resources function. You are responsible for the day-to-day Human Resources operations and administration for our U.S. team, with a focus on payroll processing and benefits coordination.</p> <p>The value you bring</p> <ul> <li>In charge of bi-weekly payroll administration and coordination for employees, in compliance with our external and internal payroll controls. </li><li>Organize the payment of overtime, holidays, bonuses, commissions, merit, promotion, and leaves of absence </li><li>Resolve federal or state related tax issues in partnership with Paylocity </li><li>Be the contact person for employees and address issues and questions regarding payroll and benefits </li><li>Manage U.S. benefits platforms (401k, health benefits, etc.) </li><li>Performing employee administration during employment (maintaining employee personal records, answering employee requests) </li><li>Performing all employee onboarding and offboarding administration for payroll and benefits </li></ul> <p>We know that every background is different, but to be best set for success we see you bringing:</p> <ul> <li>More than 3 years of experience as an HR admin and/or payroll specialist with a preference to experience working in an international company </li><li>Strong knowledge of U.S. payroll process.
