Incumbents utilize the following to achieve results: knowledge of products and manufacturing capabilities, teamwork, effective communication, and problem-solving skills. The position requires an engaged, self-starter that works with general supervision as needed and one who maintains an ongoing commitment to increasing customer satisfaction. Standard procedures are followed to accomplish assigned tasks.</p> <p>How You Will Impact Smurfit Westrock</p> <ul> <li>Serve as a critical communication link between customers and Smurfit Westrock </li><li>Serve as an intermediary between various departments to execute customer commitments </li><li>Fosters Customer Relationships </li><li>Perform data entry functions for order entry and other tasks </li><li>Complete reports as needed </li><li>Actively participate in appropriate project teams for operational and system improvement </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>What You Need To Succeed</p> <ul> <li>Engaged self-starter with a proactive, customer advocate focus </li><li>Requires a high level of attention to detail </li><li>Strong math skills and Excel required </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Teamwork and collaboration skills </li><li>Ability to effectively multi-task, be self-managed, and manage time effectively </li><li>Continuous improvement mindset </li><li>Relevant work history will be strongly considered in absence of degree </li></ul> <p>Knowledge of industry and manufacturing is a plus.
