<p>The opportunity</p> <p>Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a full-time Venue and Event Technology Specialist to join our team at Progressive Field in Cleveland, Ohio. As a Venue and Event Technology Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining all technology-related software and hardware, including desktop, printers, point of sale, digital menu boards, surveillance cameras, and audio-visual. If you thrive on excitement and want your workday to fly by, apply now to join the game day action.</p> <p>Pay</p> <p>Minimum - Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $55,500 - $72,100 / year</p> <p>In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. These are just some of the benefits we offer:</p> <ul> <li>Medical, dental, and vision insurance </li><li>401(k) with up to 4% company match </li><li>Annual performance bonus based on level, as well as individual, company, and location performance </li><li>Paid vacation days and holidays </li><li>Paid parental bonding leave </li><li>Tuition and/or professional certification reimbursement </li><li>Generous friends-and-family discounts at many of our hotels and resorts </li></ul> <p>What will you do?</p> <ul> <li>Serve as administrator for all point-of-sale systems and ancillary systems including training, reporting, documentation, and user access </li><li>Implement technology solutions for operations ensuring alignment with overall technology standards, strategy, and requirements </li><li>Manage and coordinate service providers for successful delivery of technology services supporting business needs </li><li>Support new unit openings and seasonal operational closures within the region and provide operational status and statistics to the Regional Director for monthly reviews </li><li>Deliver technical support for all technology services and solutions across locations and assist with projects and team member training on procedures and expectations </li></ul> <p>More about you</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degreee in information management, computer science, computer systems engineering, business administration, mathematics, or a related field or equivalent experience </li><li>Minimum of 3 years of relevant work in a technical support role and minimum of 3 years of related experience in the implementation, management, and maintenance of information technology infrastructure and IT systems including cloud architectures, server technologies, communication technologies, LANs, WANs, telephone, voice, video, and data communication systems </li><li>Working knowledge of enterprise systems such as point of sale and Microsoft Productivity Suite </li><li>Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies, enterprise storage solutions including AWS </li><li>Advanced Windows OS administration experience and proficiency with Microsoft products including Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint </li><li>Ability to support a wide range of on-premise and cloud-based applications and servers, develop and implement scripting for automation, and install hardware and software including desktops and servers </li><li>Familiarity with TCP/IP networking, telephone systems, and ticketing platforms; relevant network and cloud technology certifications preferred </li><li>Ability to support a wide variety of on-premise and cloud-based applications and servers, develop and implement scripting, install hardware and software, maintain and troubleshoot telephone systems, and </li><li>Ability to support a work schedule that will include days, nights, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules </li></ul> <p>Shift details</p> <p>Days</p> <p>Evenings</p> <p>Holidays</p> <p>Evenings as needed</p> <p>Weekends</p> <p>Who we are</p> <p>Delaware North operates concessions and premium dining at Progressive Field since dating back to 1994.
