<p>Duties</p> <p>We are seeking a dedicated and student-centered Title I teacher to provide targeted math and reading interventions to support elementary students. The ideal candidate will deliver small-group instruction, use data to guide intervention plans, collaborate with classroom teachers, and help close learning gaps in math and reading achievement. Strong communication skills, effective instructional strategies, thorough knowledge of RTI, ability to work effectively as a member of a team, and a passion for helping all students succeed are essential. Experience with progress monitoring and evidence-based math and reading interventions is a necessity.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Candidates must have a valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL).
