As Fleet Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuringthatallour vehicles are inaexcellent conditionat all times, supporting smooth24/7 vehicle operations.</p> <p>Your responsibilities will include vehicle preparation, vehicle inspections, effective lot management, and active collaboration with multiple teams.Success in this role requires an energetic and efficient approach to problem-solving, ownership of responsibilities, and a proactive attitude. We are seeking a candidate with positive energy, strong organizational skills, great attention to detail, an exceptional work ethic, and a passion for Teslas mission of sustainable energy.</p> <ul> <li> <p>Perform and document vehicle inspections, escalate identified issues to supervisors,technicians and engineers</p> </li><li> <p>Clean vehicles in compliance with set standards (car wash and minor detailing)</p> </li><li> <p>Manage vehicles and inventory across multiple locations; safely move and charge vehicles</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate with both internal and third-partylogistics providers</p> </li><li> <p>Effectively prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional quality</p> </li><li> <p>Performadditional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support business operations</p> </li><li> <p>Perform vehicle inspection and minor maintenance (experience preferred)</p> </li><li> <p>Valid driver's licenserequired</p> </li><li> <p>Strong work ethic with a proven record of reliability and commitment</p> </li><li> <p>Proactive team player with the ability to foster collaborative relationships</p> </li><li> <p>Highly observant and excellent attention to detail</p> </li><li> <p>Vehicle inspection and minor maintenance experience is preferred</p> </li><li> <p>This is a safety-critical position which is subject to drug testing requirements per Tesla policy andin accordance with applicable law</p> </li><li> <p>Overtime is typicalfor this position but not guaranteed</p> </li></ul>
