Test must be a 5 min typing test, done in person and certificate must be signed and dated by test proctor within the last 12 months. </li></ol> <p>Certificate of keyboarding/typing of 45 WPM or more must include the following: 1. Name of organization administering the exam 2. Your name, first and last 3. Date exam was taken (within the past 12 months) 4. Authorization of employment will not be granted until the fingerprint clearance from DOJ has been accepted. CURRENT EMPLOYEES SHALL REMAIN IN A POSITION FOR AT LEAST ONE (1) YEAR FROM THE BEGINNING DATE OF AN INITIAL PROBATION OR PROMOTIONAL PROBATIONARY PERIOD (PER CONTRACT, ARTICLE 15).
