This position involves providing direct nursing care, including wound management, pain control, and performing venipuncture, to support the health and well-being of residents. The LPN will collaborate closely with Nurse Practitioners and other healthcare professionals to implement individualized care plans and ensure patient safety. Additionally, the role requires educating patients and their families about health conditions and care procedures to promote understanding and compliance.
