<p>Leidos currently has an opening for a Contracts Representative to support the Security Enterprise Solutions Business Area of the Homeland Sector where we deliver and maintain state-of-the-art airport, ports & borders and critical infrastructure security screening products to government and commercial customers domestically and globally. This is a great opportunity to support a growth business in an exciting industry.</p> <p>A successful Contracts Representative is self-motivated and enjoys learning about the entire business relationship, and how all the pieces fit together, to accomplish the program's and Business Area's objectives.</p> <p>The selected candidate will report to the Contracts Director and support contract management activities for a diverse portfolio of contracts.</p> <p>This position shall be located in either Tewksbury, MA or Vista, CA and will need to support international time zones with possible travel as needed. Remote candidates may be considered for the right candidate.</p> <p>Primary Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Provide the oversight and review of quotes or proposals and review international business risk for the sale of spare parts and service renewals. </li><li>Regularly interact with Program Managers, Supply Chain, Finance, Growth and customers as required. </li><li>Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies </li><li>Ensure compliance with Leidos policies and procedures </li><li>Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships. </li></ul> <p>Ensure accurate and compliant contract execution through Leidos systems</p> <ul> <li>Drive efficient contract processing to support timely project and revenue execution </li><li>Support business operations by managing contract data integrity and system workflows </li><li>Deliver timely and accurate data insights to internal and external stakeholders </li><li>Support senior team members as needed </li></ul> <p>Basic Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>BA degree + 2-4 years or more of prior relevant experience or Masters with less than 2 years of prior relevant experience </li><li>Working knowledge of all contract types (e.g., T&M, FFP, and Cost Plus) </li><li>Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers; and proven ability to foster communication </li><li>Prompt responsiveness to internal and customer requirements and deadlines is critical </li><li>Experience with Teaming Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, and other legal instruments a must </li><li>Working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations </li><li>Proven experience with international and commercial contracts and customers </li><li>Proven ability to solicit and process complex information and data to solve complex problems and make sound decisions </li><li>Ability to work in fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities is critical </li><li>Contract review and negotiation skills, including experience identifying and mitigating contractual risk </li><li>Experience as Contracts lead on proposals </li><li>Coordination of reviews and approvals in accordance with corporate policy and procedures </li><li>Candidate should be well organized with keen attention to detail. </li><li>Proficient in Excel/Word/PowerPoint </li><li>Proficient in use of technology </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Proactive, solution-oriented mindset </li><li>Experience with AI </li><li>Contract change management experience </li></ul> <p>If you're looking for comfort, keep scrolling.
