<p>Akkodis is seeking a Business Analyst for a Contract with a client in Boston, MA. Candidates must have demonstrated experience supporting large-scale migration programs and documenting complex technical dependencies as a key qualification.</p> <p>Rate Range: $37/hour to $45/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.</p> <p>Business Analyst job responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements for data center exit and cloud migration initiatives.</p> </li><li> <p>Map integrations, data flows, SSO/MFA identity journeys, and system dependencies, creating interface catalogs and dependency matrices.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop current-state and future-state process flows, architectural diagrams, and dependency maps to support migration planning.</p> </li><li> <p>Translate business and technical requirements into user stories with clear acceptance criteria for delivery teams.</p> </li><li> <p>Support UAT planning, interface validation, cutover readiness, and rollback preparation to ensure smooth migration execution.</p> </li><li> <p>Manage stakeholder communication, risks, RAID logs, and readiness reporting across multiple migration workstreams.</p> </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.</p> </li><li> <p>6-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting enterprise technology or migration programs.</p> </li><li> <p>Proven ability to document complex integrations, data flows, identity journeys (SSO/MFA), and system dependencies.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience working on data center exit, cloud migration, or application modernization initiatives with strong stakeholder-management skills.</p> </li></ul> <p>If you are interested in this role, then please click APPLY NOW.
