December 16, 2025</p> <ul> <li>NOTE: Last day to apply is Monday, December 15, 2025, at 11:59pm (MST) </li></ul> <p>Position Start Date: January 2, 2026</p> <p>Required Degree: Bachelor's in Medical Laboratory Sciences or related field. The required degree must be completed by the start date.</p> <p>Experience: At least one year of work experience in the field of Medical Laboratory Sciences.</p> <p>Duties/Expectations: The Department of Microbiology & Molecular Biology seeks applicants for an adjunct faculty position to teach MMBIO 491. The appointment will begin in Winter 2026. Successful candidates will demonstrate potential for high-quality teaching and be committed to giving the university's students a sound academic experience. This position consists of teaching in the Medical Laboratory Sciences program; teaching laboratory techniques, lecturing, and grading.</p> <p>Documents Required at the Time of Application: Please attach your updated curriculum vitae and cover letter to the faculty application.</p> <p>Note: Failure to attach the required documents may result in your application not being considered.</p> <p>This position requires the successful candidate to relocate and/or reside in Utah for the duration of their employment.</p> <p>BYU Mission Alignment</p> <p>BYU is committed to hiring faculty members who enthusiastically embrace and energetically advance its unique mission.
