<p>INTRODUCTION and WHAT YOU WILL DO (Job Responsibilities)</p> <p>This position is primarily responsible for maintaining the manufacturing and facilities equipment and property in a fully functional state. Operator follows written and verbal specifications by performing the following duties.</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Completion of PM Program for the building and production equipment. </li><li>Completion of Daily Work Orders according to the priority standards. </li><li>Drive company vehicle to make pick-ups of needed parts for the Maintenance Dept. </li><li>Have the ability to be on call after hours for emergency needs. </li><li>Maintains a neat, clean, orderly and safe working area at all times. </li><li>Additional duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Accountability:</p> <p>Works proficiently and accurately to control costs while maintaining high quality standards.</p> <p>WHO YOU ARE (Qualifications)</p> <p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</p> <ul> <li>Must have a valid Wisconsin Driver's license with safe driving record and maintain insurance. </li><li>Must have a well-rounded background in; Building/Machinery Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry and HAVC </li><li>Must be safety conscious, with an excellent safety record. </li></ul> <p>Education and/or Experience:</p> <p>High School diploma, GED or equivalent, with basic reading and writing abilities. 2-4 years of experience in industrial maintenance preferred.</p> <p>Language Skills:</p> <p>Ability to read and comprehend detailed instructions, short correspondence, and memos.</p> <p>Mathematical Skills:</p> <p>Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.</p> <p>Reasoning Ability:</p> <p>Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed and involved written or oral instructions.
