This is a unique opportunity for you to work in a transaction execution management team to partner with the Business to provide end to end transaction execution management.</p> <p>As a Transaction Execution Associate within our Credit Product Delivery team you will, provide expertise in end-to-end transaction execution management including documentation negotiation coordination for credit/trade facilities. You will partner closely with JPMorgan's coverage teams, internal stakeholders as well as internal/external legal counsel.</p> <p>Job responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Deliver best-in-class transaction execution and documentation negotiation management of credit facilities and ancillary documentation focused on working capital facilities, syndicated lending and core trade </li><li>Review and support front office in negotiating legal documentation across various credit products </li><li>Liaising with internal/external counsel to prepare and review transactional documentation </li><li>Draw on expertise to suggest solutions for appropriate stakeholders (Bankers and/or Trade Sales, Credit, Legal, Compliance, Tax, etc.) as necessary, ensuring they are brought into the debate in a timely manner to reach a resolution </li><li>Manage controls framework, reporting and escalation for transaction execution; including preparing and coordinating documentation deviations and approvals during negotiations </li><li>Maintain oversight of the deal closing process </li></ul> <p>Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills</p> <ul> <li>Minimum 5 years' experience in documentation negotiation management and transaction execution coordination of credit facilities </li><li>Solid understanding of credit execution, transaction management and banking processes </li><li>Decision-making capabilities and the ability to identify problems and drive to a resolution </li><li>Excellent coordination skills and a strong control mindset </li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage relationships, both internally and externally </li><li>Good organization skills, and ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines, including strong prioritization skills </li></ul> <p>Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills</p> <ul> <li>Finance and/or Law degree </li></ul> <p>This position is not eligible for H1B or Sponsorship</p>
