The Center's staffing structure and project portfolio support professional growth of clinical research staff at all levels as well as successful facilitation of highly complex interventional trials and large-scale genetic, longitudinal and observational studies.</p> <p>The Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) will work with a dynamic team of investigators, coordinators and fellows to coordinate multiple inpatient and outpatient neurologic studies involving patients from diverse clinical settings, including, but not limited to, the emergency department, neurosurgery, neurointensive care unit, and ambulatory stroke clinics. They will be</p> <p>responsible for the day-to-day coordination of assigned longitudinal, observational and/or interventional clinical research studies including patient-facing recruitment/enrollment activities and facilitation of study-specific administrative and regulatory activities.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Education</p> <p>Bachelor's Degree required</p> <p>Experience</p> <p>Related post-bachelor's degree research experience 1-2 years required</p> <p>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities</p> <ul> <li>Ability to work more independently and as a team member. </li><li>Computer literacy, analytical skills, and ability to resolve technical problems. </li></ul> <p>Additional Job Details (if applicable)</p> <p>Following established policies, procedures, and study protocols, the CRC provides assistance on assigned portfolio of clinical research studies, including recruiting and consenting patients; collecting and organizing patient data; scheduling patients for study visits; performing research and clinical tests such as phlebotomy, EKGs, vital signs, MRI/PET scans, administering neuropsychological/neurocognitive testing batteries, etc.; updating and maintaining study data, patient files and regulatory materials and communicating study updates to internal and external stakeholders.</p> <p>Additionally, the CRC may perform data scoring, interpretation, QA/QC, and assist in completing reports and presentations.
