When hospitals cannot provide the advanced care, expertise and new treatment options for their patients require, they turn to us.</p> <p>Description:</p> <p>The Clinical Pharmacist ensures optimal drug therapy for patients in their clinical specialty area and provides educational activities to the pharmacy staff and other caregivers to insure that patients receive safe and cost effective drug therapy.
