We also provide attractive working conditions and opportunities for career growth through professional development.</p> <p>Discover why Cooper University Health Care is the employer of choice in South Jersey.</p> <p>Short Description</p> <ul> <li>This role is responsible for numerous analytic functions in the managed care department. </li><li>Primary responsibility will be to oversee and ensure all financial modeling requests are completed and reported with accuracy. </li><li>Ensures all analytic requests coming into the Managed Care department from internal departments are organized and completed in a timely manner, ensuring top level customer service is provided to those departments. </li><li>EPIC contract updates and rate loads are completed accurately and timely. </li><li>Manages all HB and PB claim and policy inquiries coming to the managed care team for research. </li><li>Will work with the Director of Managed Care to identify areas of improvement in payer contracts and develop a plan to improve contract language and rate structure for each payer. </li></ul> <p>Experience Required</p> <p>3-5 years required</p> <p>Education Requirements</p> <p>Bachelor's degree required.</p> <p>License/Certification Requirements</p> <p>EPIC Resolute Certification required.</p> <p>Salary Min ($)</p> <p>USD $33.00</p> <p>Salary Max ($)</p> <p>USD $53.00</p>
