We are actively speaking with prospective candidates and encourage interested applicants to apply as soon as possible.</p> <p>Position Details</p> <p>Compensation: $70-80/hr</p> <p>Location: Dearborn, MI (4 days per week onsite required)</p> <p>Benefits: Health, dental, vision, 401(k)</p> <p>How to Apply:</p> <p>Please send your resume to Sam Wade, Sr. Professional Recruiter at [email protected] with the subject line: "MDM Data Engineer"</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p>Business Entity Modeling</p> <ul> <li>Design and configure Business Entities, Relationships, and Field Groups within the MDM SaaS Multidomain/C360 application. </li></ul> <p>Cost-Optimized Design</p> <ul> <li>Develop cost-efficient data models and integration patterns. </li><li>Optimize consumption of Informatica Processing Units (IPUs). </li><li>Manage Managed Record limits using effective data filtering and archival strategies. </li></ul> <p>AI-Powered Match & Merge</p> <ul> <li>Configure and tune match models using CLAIRE (Informatica's AI engine) and declarative rules. </li><li>Define survivorship and trust rules to establish the "Golden Record." </li><li>Conduct rigorous match-tuning cycles, analyzing false positives/negatives to ensure migrated match logic meets or exceeds legacy IBM MDM accuracy. </li></ul> <p>Ingestion & Integration</p> <ul> <li>Build and manage batch pipelines using Cloud Data Integration (CDI). </li><li>Develop real-time, event-driven integrations using Cloud Application Integration (CAI). </li></ul> <p>Hierarchy Modeling</p> <ul> <li>Design and implement sophisticated many-to-many relationships and hierarchies within the Business Entity 360 framework. </li></ul> <p>Data Quality</p> <ul> <li>Implement Cloud Data Quality (CDQ) rules for profiling, cleansing, and standardizing master data during ingestion. </li></ul> <p>User Interface Design</p> <ul> <li>Configure the MDM SaaS UI, including Page Layouts, Search configurations, and Business Entity Views tailored for Data Stewards. </li></ul> <p>Legacy Mapping</p> <ul> <li>Analyze legacy IBM MDM data models and map them to Informatica SaaS Business Entity structures to ensure business continuity. </li></ul> <p>Workflow & Governance</p> <ul> <li>Set up change request processes and approval workflows within the SaaS environment. </li></ul> <p>API Management</p> <ul> <li>Develop and consume REST APIs to synchronize data between MDM SaaS and upstream/downstream applications. </li></ul> <p>Required Technical Skills</p> <ul> <li>Informatica MDM SaaS: Hands-on experience with IDMC Multidomain MDM SaaS or Customer 360 SaaS applications. </li><li>IDMC Platform: Proficiency with CDI and CAI within the Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud ecosystem. </li><li>Data Quality: Experience implementing CDQ within IDMC. </li><li>Modeling: Strong understanding of Business Entity (BE) modeling. </li><li>Web Services: Expertise with RESTful APIs, JSON, and Postman for endpoint testing. </li><li>Performance Tuning: Ability to optimize IICS mapping performance and troubleshoot complex cloud integrations. </li><li>Automation & DevOps: Experience implementing CI/CD for IICS via GitHub or Azure DevOps; familiarity with IICS APIs for automation. </li><li>SQL: Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and validation against cloud data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery). </li></ul> <p>Skills Required</p> <ul> <li>Informatica SaaS / IDMC </li><li>MDM </li><li>GCP Data Engineering </li><li>SQL Proficiency </li></ul> <p>Skills Preferred</p> <ul> <li>GCP </li></ul> <p>Experience Required</p> <ul> <li>7+ years of Data Engineering experience </li><li>5+ years of MDM experience (minimum 3 years in Informatica SaaS/IDMC) </li></ul> <p>Experience Preferred</p> <ul> <li>GCP Data Engineering </li><li>Direct experience migrating from IBM MDM to Informatica MDM SaaS </li><li>Informatica IDMC </li><li>MDM SaaS Professional Certification </li><li>Experience with Informatica Governance & Catalog (IDMC) </li></ul> <p>Education Required</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree </li></ul> <p>EEO Employer</p> <p>Apex Systems is an equal opportunity employer.
