Acts as a patient advocate. Provides support, information, and direct care. Utilizes equipment and technology skillfully and is technically competent in nursing procedures. Educates patients and families on significant selfcare issues. Ninety Six (96) hours per 8-week unit schedule are the minimum requirement. Average 12 hours per week.</p> <p>B. Twenty Four (24) weekend hours per 8-week period</p> <p>C. Minimum of 1 (12) hour holiday OR 2 (12) hour hard to fill shifts from group 1 AND group 2 per year.</p> <p>D. Orientation and education hours do not count towards the monthly requirement.</p> <p>Level TWO STEM Nurse (Working both Facilities)</p> <p>A.
